Hi there! I’m Gyna and I help moms achieve the things they actually want to achieve! From crushing goals, to challenging lies that we believe, to digging deeper on roadblocks and everything in between.
This space is where I share bits and pieces of all the things that are consuming my life. I love The Lord, motherhood, family, and seeing moms live to their fullest potential.
I started sharing my story because I felt like I had so much to share and not enough time to share it. So what better place to share life’s experiences than through blogging and one on one coaching. I’ve been blessed to glean serious wisdom from men and woman. I feel as though it’s a privilege of mine to connect people to resources, to work together to achieve the seemingly impossible, and remind women what we’re really capable of. Also, to encourage women to take a real look at their life and to work towards a life that brings them true joy. All of this is what makes me tick!
A bit about me: I’m a northeast girl who’s a proud first generation Haitian American. I met my husband in college and after becoming the best of friends, we fell in love and the rest is history. Since then, we’ve added three little ones to our family, Zeke, Ava & Titus. We’re currently call New York City home.
Gyna is my personal definition of purposeful coach. When I started having new challenges, I quickly realized I couldn’t just consult anyone. It was a combination of personal experience, testimony, and bible-based evidence. I’m better as a wife, a sister, and a mom because of many of her words. She’s simply amazing!
Gyna has been a life saver during so many crucial moments in my life! I can't express enough in words how truly inspirational and supportive she has been. Her ability to listen intently and provide wise counsel is astounding. She is personable, authentic and beautiful inside and out!
God knew what I needed, when I didn’t have a clue. LITERALLY, God kept giving me an urge to talk with her, so I was obedient. I experienced God's love through Gyna. She is who pushed me to strive to be the wife God created me to be, teaching me how to be more patient and outgoing with kids. Having a coach like Gyna is what taught me, that we as women NEED other women for inspiration, support, and sometimes just a good laugh.
